ORDERING INFORMATION

Before placing your first order, please take a moment to read the following.

• All Yours is a charitable project, not a freebie or giveaway service. Our boxes are intended for people who genuinely cannot afford or access period products each month. Requesting one when you don't need it takes that box away from someone who does. Please only order when you truly need to.

• If you only need pads, we'd kindly ask you to collect from one of our collection points instead of ordering a delivery box, as this saves us valuable time and money.

• You're welcome to order on behalf of your children or young dependents, but please allow other adults to order for themselves. That way they receive exactly what they need.

• All Yours operates in specific areas, working with local organisations to refer people to our request form. If you've been referred by family or friends rather than through one of these organisations, please be aware we may not be able to fulfil your request if you live outside our catchment areas.

• Depending on your location, your box will either be posted to you or hand-delivered to your door. Please allow at least 21 days for delivery. Posted boxes are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

• If your box hasn't arrived after 21 days, please get in touch at box@allyoursbox.co.uk so we can look into it. The same email address is there for you if you have any trouble submitting the form, or if you don't receive an acknowledgement of your request within 72 hours.

• All requests are treated in the strictest confidence.
