MENSTRUAL CYCLE WORKSHOP
Our Menstrual Cycle workshops explain how to track your menstrual cycle and breaks down the menstrual cycle into four stages, explaining the changes that take place during each stage so that you can get better understanding of why you feel and act the way you do throughout your cycle.
We believe that having the right knowledge about period products and your menstrual cycle can empower individuals to make informed choices and embrace their menstrual health. Our period education workshops are designed to equip both young people and adults with the information they need to navigate an array of menstrual health developments and changes over the years.

We understand that choosing the right period product can be overwhelming. With an ever-expanding market offering a variety of options such as pads, tampons, menstrual cups, and period underwear, it's essential to have accurate information to make confident decisions. Our period product workshop aims to demystify these choices and provide a comprehensive understanding of the different products and their benefits.

Our workshops can be delivered to all ages, in mixed sessions or single sex, in large groups or small sessions. We are able to deliver the sessions either online or in person. We are very flexible and aim to make the sessions fit your particular requirements. We have delivered them to schools, youth groups, community groups, staff, volunteers and parents. Daytime and evening sessions are available.
