All Yours is managed by an executive team to ensure that we are delivering on our mission, creating social impact, and are spending our funds responsibly.

Caroline Herman – CEO and Director of All Yours Period Box CIC

Caroline has a passion for menstrual health and her determination to ensure young people get a great period education has been driven by parenting her own daughter through the hormone fuelled teenage years. Caroline’s background is a blend of digital marketing and wellbeing, with a hint of being willing to give anything a go.

Rebecca Lewis – Operations and Director of All Yours Period Box CIC

Rebecca’s full time role is in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in tertiary education, and she is passionate about addressing the inequalities happening every day in society. Rebecca brings compassion and sensitivity to her role as she deals with the multiple daily requests we receive from people asking for help with period products.

Amanda Head – Executive Committee – Treasurer

Amanda was one of the early All Yours volunteers and is incredibly passionate about relieving period poverty in her local community and beyond. Amanda’s head for figures makes her ideally placed to keep track of our financial affairs and ensure that we are managing our funding correctly and ethically.

Karen Thomas – Executive Committee – Secretary

Karen has been part of the Swindon All Yours team since the early days and her organisational skills and patience make her the ideal Secretary. Karen’s knowledge of governance and policies has already been invaluable as she ensures we are compliant and transparent with our work.

Katie Cameron - Director of All Yours Period Box CIC

Katie organises the bulk delivery of period boxes across South Oxfordshire. She is calm, unflappable and is a great problem solver.

All Yours also has a wide network of volunteers who all contribute a significant amount of time and energy to making sure All Yours delivers help and support within our communities.
