ORDERING INFORMATION

If you have not requested a box from us before, please read the information below before ordering so you receive what you need.

 

It is straight forward to request a box from All Yours. You simply need to complete the form here.

 

All Yours is a charitable project and not a freebie / giveaway service. Our boxes are intended for those people who cannot afford or access period products each month. If you request a box because you want a freebie, you are taking a box away from someone who is in genuine need. Please consider only requesting a box when you genuinely need one.

 

If you just need period pads, we would be grateful if you could collect a period box from one of our collection points as this saves us time and money on delivery. Thank you.

 

You are welcome to order for your children or young dependents but please allow other adults to order for themselves so that they receive exactly what they want, rather than what you believe they need. 

 

All Yours covers specific areas and we work with organisations within those areas to refer people to our request form. If you are referred to us by family or friends, please be aware that we may not be able to send you a box if you live outside the areas we operate in.

Depending on where you live, we will either post the box to you or hand deliver it to your doorstep. 

 

Please allow at least 21 days for your box to arrive. 

 

When we post a box we use Royal Mail Second Class and this service is currently experiencing delays.

 

If you do not receive a box after three weeks, please let us know so we can rectify the problem. You can email box@allyoursbox.co.uk to find out the status of an overdue box.

 

If you have trouble submitting the form, or do not receive an acknowledgement of your request within 72 hours, please email box@allyoursbox.co.uk

 

ALL REQUESTS FOR BOXES ARE TREATED IN THE STRICTEST CONFIDENCE.
